Welcome to the latest version of the BAS website! We have now moved over to the popular WordPress CMS system which gives us scope to do some really exciting things in the future.
The site should look broadly the same as the old version, but if you can’t find anything, please do get in touch and let us know! For those of you who prefer to use a tablet or mobile device, you should find this version is much more mobile-friendly – but again, please shout if you experience any issues.
One thing that many members have asked before is the ability to upload pictures directly – well, we’re pleased to bring that feature to you in this initial release. Just head over to the Gallery page, and you can upload your pictures directly. Once received, our webmaster, Darren, will put them in the Gallery in the correct area – we hope to build a great library of member images showing all sorts of astronomical objects and astro-related topics.
